They have a Div. 3 or 2 guy that was pretty good....Can't think of his name...Monet or something like that....

Woldn't he be more likely to smell it on a bike versus in a patrol car with windows up though? Weed is awfully pungent so it wouldn't be difficult to smell it, I can smell a cigarette in traffic or stopped at a light three cars ahead of me.

I doubt if this was profiling, it was more likely two more dumbasses smoking weed as they rolled down the road. Not to bright.

You're absolutely right, I've smelled it on the freeway before when I had my window rolled down for a sec. Even regular cigarettes are easy to smell. Why can't these guys just wait until they get home or at least look around to make sure the cops aren't right behind them? As far as the driver, just stupid.

We had a cop down here try to use the "I smell Weed" while driving behind a car theory - that didn't hold up, but it also didn't help that the cops clearly planted a roach in the guys trunk, or at the very least without question that is the perception after seeing the whole video of the stop..... although he was immediately suspended, charges were dropped, and 6 months later he was off the force so there's that too...

Le’Veon Bell, LeGarrette Blount officially charged with marijuana possession

Steelers running backs Le’Veon Bell and LeGarrette Blount are in Philadelphia to play the Eagles on Thursday, but they were in Pittsburgh on Wednesday when police found marijuana in a car the two men were in.

They were arrested and, on Thursday, formally charged with crimes. Ross Township Police detective Brian Kohlhepp informed PFTthat Blount and Bell are both charged with marijuana possession, as was Mercedes Dollson, a 21-year-old woman who was also in the car at the time of the stop.

Bell, who was driving, has also been charged with driving under the influence of marijuana.

There’s no word on court dates at this point and the cases should take some time to make their way through the legal system. Until they do, it is unlikely that either player will face league discipline that could threaten their availability for games this season.
