Don Banks, Columnist for SI.com joined Sports Open Line talking Rams Training camp and potential relocation to Los Angeles. He watched Rams practice on Tuesday. Banks likes the Rams plan. The Rams formula: play defense, have a running game, and then take opportunities in the passing game. The Rams think Foles has some moxie and toughness, with good leadership qualities. A fast start would do wonders for this Rams team. Banks thinks it’s an uphill battle for STL to keep the Rams.
