What 16 games are you taking here for the other QBs???? Is it the ones that match up with the weeks of sam actually played or their last 16 games? Honestly if you are just lining it up week to week that means nothing since it is spread over many years and would result in a weird "schedule" for each player.....
It was that 16-game span. From week 9 or so in 2012 through the week Sam got injured. It shows that Sam was playing quite well, and that he was avoiding picks, getting TDs. While it may not mean everything, it does not mean nothing. It seems that anything that shows Sam did well is, by rule, invalid. Like Sam's deep passing from 2010-2013 was very good compared to other QBs in the league, ot that Sam was hit throwing more than anyone in NFL over that time, an as it turns out a lot more.

Whatever they decide to do they have to have another QB on the roster they believe is capable of playing at the level they need for an entire season. Davis is not the answer and Hill is only a short term solution.

If Sam stays healthy and lights it up, then great. But if he can't, going in with Davis and/or Hill or someone similar will result in another losing season.
