To all -

Approximately 8:00 PM EST (Tuesday Nov-17) our service provider lost a large portion of their network, which took RamsOnDemand offline.

Making matters even more challenging; The outage took their own site offline, including the support desk where we log service tickets.

Ultimately, through Twitter, we were notified of the outage and await further details on the matter.

We apologize the the inconvenience. Thankfully we are back on line and will update this post if there is more information to share.

CGI and the Admin Staff

PS: Hopefully they have a smooth night and there are no additional interruptions.

Wondered what was going on. I figured it was a service crash of error of some sort.

Thanks, CGI

I was starting to get jittery.

I was rebooting and checking other ways to connect... :homer: d'oh!

When I saw THEIR site down... Knew it was larger scale.

Probably a DNS outage. My carrier at work just got hit for second time this month. Had to change SOA to Amazon.

Ok.. that was kind of funny.
Gotta keep the humor. I know what it's like being the fan of team that may be moving. It's not fun.

BTW, had the Vikings moved, I don't think I could have followed them were they went. After 50 years of being a Vikings fan, I would have probably become a Packer fan. Glad I didn't have to make that decision.

I know last night the hacktivist group Anonymous was having into pro-ISIS social media accounts and shutting them down.

Figured they were on to us
