Yeah - I can certainly see both of them being on that list and well deservedly so at that. I think, however, that Deacon was more feared. Jack was relentless, scrappy, smart, and you just couldn't keep him down. Deacon always seemed to relish in the ability to use fear as a weapon. If he wasn't giving you reason to fear him, it was generally because you already dove to the turf when you saw him coming. I never recall watching anyone cause more QBs to flop than Deacon.
