Thinking about getting one of these gadgets with my credit card points, but seen to have mixed reviews

Anyone have experience with them

I haven't seen any "fit" wrist stuff that's any good yet. They are all kinda lame.

This is budding technology and I'm waiting until it gets better. I'd like to have something that is really good but that doesn't seem to be available right now.

I have the Garmin VivoFit 2.

It's more basic but does a nice job tracking steps and distance. While not perfect, it's consistent, and reasonably accurate.

It also tracks sleep levels and the app is decent if you want to track exercise types.

Fully waterproof in rain and if swimming.

Always on display using metallic inks in the screen for good visibility.

Perhaps the best part is the 1-year battery life. If I'm going to be serious about tracking my fitness, I don't want to miss any days because I failed to charge it.

And lastly at $99 it's not gonna break the bank or cause me significant stress if I bang it around a little bit.

Tell me more. I'm curious about what it can do.

Does it only work on the metric system? :ROFLMAO:
