So, if a player wasn't drafted, what's his availability?
As in, can I dump Richardson and pick up someone else before Thursday?
(As I said, new at this).

All unclaimed players go on waivers for 48 hours after the draft, then they are available to anyone who puts a claim in. If 2 managers put in a claim for the same player, he is awarded to the person with the higher waiver claim order..since Vegas had the last pick in the draft he has the #1 waiver spot

I don't know about ass whooping. My team could suck, or it could be really really good. I'm leaning toward good. When you can afford to draft Ray Rice and sit him on the bench for his 4 game suspension, you're not bad off.

Fantasy question. Your lineup is anyone that's not on the bench, right?
In other words, if byes were not a issue, and you wanted to play the same players two weeks in a row, you wouldn't have to "do" anything for the 2nd week lineup.

That is correct--I just wouldn't recommend it. Every week you're going to at least have a couple of players who have more desirable matchups to potentially score you more points. Then obviously in a few weeks, you do have bye weeks to mitigate as well.
