How is this time zone thing supposed to work? It's based on the actual draft. So the people that live near each other will have teams that pick next to each other? Doesn't that take away from the randomizing component?

My thoughts were of dividing our participants into 3 time periods. Who you will pick for would be random among the group itself. There were way too many times last year where one guy checking in at a wildly divergent time period held things up. Especially since we had to close it out at night. It makes sense to me that those in the eastern part of the US pick in the same period. That would be true for all the periods. Not perfect of course.
