Retail Workers Feel My Pain

I experience, on a somewhat normal basis, potential customers coming into my place of employment and telling me everything they "know" or "heard" about the products and tell me about how they are as informed as the product designer himself. As some of you know work as a manager of a Rent to Own business in east-central Missouri. So i already have to deal with people thinking I'm the devil and my place of employment enjoys preying on old lady and the mentally unsteady. But so often, i have these jokers come in and tell me about why they are such technological gurus and why this is better than that and blah blah blah. My favorite is when they talk about how one brand of laptop is better than the other when they are made by the exact same company, have the exact same specs, exact same internals but the name is different. Also, i enjoy when they tell me about why plasma is better than LED and why LED is different from LCD and so on and so forth...Sorry to rant but this has happened at an astounding rate this week, and i may snap a neck! lol

feel your pain..... when people ask me how long a house remodel is going to take and I tell them, they say "well I've seen those TV shows where they do a whole remodel in a weekend"


Thats when I tell them I can do it, but sorry, I dont work weekends

I had a technology company for about 15 years. It's good to be the boss. If a customer was a pain, the price would just keep going up.
