CBS Sports’ Rob Rang and Hayley Byrnes debate if first round picks are overrated. He breaks down how the Browns and Rams have done with multiple 1st round picks in the last 3 years. The Rams have made much better selections than the Browns in that time period. 3 of the 5 Browns picks aren't even on their roster now: Richardson, Weeden, and Mingo. Only Manziel and Justin Gilbert remain and they both really struggled last year.

That's just silly.
1st round picks are most certainly NOT overrated.
What's underrated is good scouting.
Because Cleveland crapped the bed with their picks isn't indicative of 1st round picks, its indicative of an inept franchise that keeps toiling in failure
