- The Rams defeat the 49ers, 16-13, in overtime to remain undefeated in the division with a 4-0-1 record, and a 5-6-1 for an overall record.

- K Greg Zuerlein came up with two key field goals, one on 53-yard attempt to tie the game 13-13 as time expired in the fourth quarter. Zuerlein also converting the game-winning field goal on a 54-yard attempt

- CB Janoris Jenkins recovered a fumble at the San Francisco 2-yard line and returned it two yards for a touchdown. For the two-point conversion, Bradford connected with TE Lance Kendricks for the two-point conversion.



- Jenkins has scored three touchdowns from turnovers in two consecutive games.

- LB James Laurinaitis and Jenkins pressured Kaepernick in the 49ers end zone causing him to be flagged for intentional grounding, which resulted in a safety. The Rams last safety was at Arizona (11/6/11).

- LB Jo-Lonn Dunbar and DE William Hayes split a sack on 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick for a loss of seven yards in the first quarter. The split give Dunbar 3.5 sacks as a Ram.

- Dunbar led the team in tackles with 11 (nine solo).

- Hayes tallied a solo sack on Kaepernick in the second quarter, marking his second multi-sack game of his career. Previously, Hayes had 1.5 sacks as a member of the Tennessee Titans verse San Francisco (11/18/09). Hayes now has 3.5 sacks this season, 12.5 career.

- DE Eugene Sims recorded one sack for a loss of nine yards. The play marks Sims’ second career sack.

- QB Sam Bradford completed 26-of-39 passes for 221 yards with no interceptions for a 81.2 passer rating. Bradford is unbeaten (3-0-1) in past 4 division starts.

- RB Steven Jackson totaled 117 yards from scrimmage (48 rushing, 69 receiving).His 69 receiving yards are a season-high. Jackson has an NFL-best 10,838 scrimmage yards dating back to 2006.

- WR Chris Givens hauled in a season-high 11 catches for 92 yards. Givens has a 16.9-yard average per reception this season.

- P Johnny Hekker punted a season-high nine times for 388 yards for a 43.1-yard average and 42.4-yard net. Hekker tallied a long of 63 yards and placed three punts inside the 20-yard line.
