The Rams have signed each of their 10 practice squad players to futures contracts.

Futures contracts are essentially an agreement between the player and team that secures the player’s rights heading into the offseason program. The contracts become official at the start of the new league year — which this year is on March 14.

Below is the list of players who have signed futures contracts with L.A.

WRFred Brown| Mississippi State
DTOmarius Bryant| Western Kentucky
CJake Eldrenkamp| Washington
CBDominique Hatfield| Utah
TEHenry Krieger-Coble| Iowa
TEJohnny Mundt| Oregon
CBTaurean Nixon| Tulane
OLBEjuan Price| Pittsburgh
FBSam Rogers| Virginia Tech
CBMarcus Sayles| West Georgia

Good. I wanted them to keep Rogers, Bryant, Price, and Eldrenkamp.

I’m going to be really upset if Hatfield is on the roster or practice squad next TC.

I was thinking the same thing after Hill's first season, but good coaching and conditioning may improve his abilities somewhat. Hill has certainly come around. I don't mind Hatfield being in camp, but doubtful he survives the first cuts so long as the Rams re-sign Robey-Coleman, add another mid-priced free agent and draft well at the position. jmo

The guy won’t survive FA/draft. Or he shouldn’t anyway if we are adding legit talent. I’d assume he’ll be released OTA’s or sooner.

Ejuan Price is a player...he will come around....he beat Lael Collins, the RT for Dallas, and I think he has moves, technique and good enough speed, and great strength....he is a player, but where? He could be the worlds best blitzing ILB....ya, I know I am an idiot... :)

Yeah was glad to see him stay on the PS so far. He's got good physical attributes, great burst, and looks like a latch on and tackle LB'er that our defense could use. Seems very stiff though so not sure how good he'd be at edge rushing. But agreed that a blitzing ILB'er might be a good spot. I hope he makes a jump into year 2.
