How the Penalty Count for the new coaching regime stacks up in their first year might be the difference for getting another win or two.

Jeff Fisher's Rams were consistently bad in the Penalty Rankings.
A crucial area for a football team is to have
discipline. :redcard:

Jeff Fisher Rams 2015

A large part of that had to do with Fisher's "country Club" atmosphere in practice and TC.

No discipline...especially if he tried to stop them and the players didn't listen. I personally don't mind some penalties...I don't like the unsportsmanlike conduct kinds...and the boneheaded ones...jumping offsides...stuff like that. Holding, PI, and penalties in the heat of the moment are kinda unavoidable...

That's where it starts. Total lack of discipline on this team. Lack of accountability too. McVay needs to keep the players focused on not committing penalties. Repetition. Repetition, Repetition.

I have no problem with some penalties, It's the " Stupid" ones that get me, Like 'Lining up Off-sides' or 'Clipping on returns' you know the one's I mean!!
The Old Oakland Raiders use to get Ton's of Penalties, But they where Division Titles and Championship's at the same time!
Again, it's not the Penalties, it's the Type of penalties! JMHO!
