Morning Ram-blings: A wild day
By Nick Wagoner

http://espn.go.com/blog/st-louis-rams/post/_/id/16944/morning-ram-blings-a-wild-day

EARTH CITY, Mo. -- As sports theatre goes, nobody does it like the NFL.

The first day of free agency yielded more shocking twists and turns than anyone could have imagined. Included in that were three league-rattling trades. By now, you know all about the one involving the St. Louis Rams. And if you don't, I'll have links in the "in case you missed it" section.

But here's a quick rundown of some of the day's biggest moves, including a pair of big trades:

The Seattle Seahawks are not content to rest on their laurels, trading for star tight end Jimmy Graham from New Orleans.

Seahawks reporter Terry Blount offered a good take on how Graham makes a great team even better.

Meanwhile, the Detroit Lions added some beef by trading for Baltimore defensive tackle Haloti Ngata.

And in signing news, perennial free-agent cornerback Darrelle Revis cashed in again, as he heads back to the New York Jets.

That's just the tip of the iceberg and if you missed anything, be sure to check out the free-agent wire for one-stop shopping.
