Morning Ram-blings: Sitting in with Quinn

Earlier this week the St. Louis Rams made the obvious move and picked up the fifth-year option on defensive end Robert Quinn.

Quinn burst on the scene with 19 sacks last season and was vastly improved against the run. His rise to stardom means the league is now well aware of him. That means more national attention.

Last week, CBSSports.com's Pete Prisco paid a visit to St. Louis to catch up with Quinn and had the opportunity to sit down with him and break down some of his film cutups: Watch Quinn Film Break Down.

It's always interesting to hear the insights of a player looking at his own film, especially after he's had some time to gain perspective on what he's accomplished. Quinn provides his thoughts to Prisco on some of his biggest plays and even takes some time to discuss his improved performance against the run.
