Hey there Rams fans,
Team insider Myles Simmons here with your weekly official Rams newsletter. Week 6 is a big one for your favorite team for a couple of reasons. Of course, the Rams will have their first divisional contest of the season when the San Francisco 49ers come to town for Monday Night Football. But it’s also Homecoming weekend, as the organization will commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Super Bowl XXXIV Champion Rams with a reunion event Sunday evening. It’s going to be a great night full of stories and memories from that season, with members of the team in attendance from former head coach Dick Vermeil, to quarterback Kurt Warner, to defensive end Kevin Carter, to kicker Jeff Wilkins.
Then on Monday night, the Rams will honor the 1999 team with a ceremony at halftime. In all, it’s shaping up to be a tremendous weekend in St. Louis.

THREE QUESTIONS WITH... DRE BLY - '99 SEASON
Q: Other than the Greatest Show Celebration on Sunday & the MNF Game, what are you most excited to do when you return to STL this weekend?
A: Re-unite with my teammates, no doubt. Some guys I haven’t seen in 15 years. To put it simply, just catch up!
Q: Who from the 99 season are you most excited to see?
A: I haven’t seen Dex (Dexter McCleon) in probably a good 6-7 years. I’m looking forward to catching up with him. Lorenzo Styles too.
Q: At what part of that season did you realize the 1999 Rams were going to be special?
A: It didn’t really register until we started looking at the standings halfway through and we were 7-2. And when we beat San Francisco, cause they were the benchmark for our division, that’s when we knew. That’s when it started to click.
