The Rams have signed fifth-round draft pick OL Rokevious Watkins and seventh-round choice Daryl Richardson to four-year contracts. The team now has four of its 10 draft choices signed. Earlier on Friday they signed LB Aaron Brown and WR Chris Givens.

Seems the Rams sort of took a slow track getting started on this intentionaly ,like they wanted the players to be less about spending signing bonuses and more about concentrating on OTA's.
May be just me,but it seems that way.

I share that same belief as well. It seems like they have best interest of the players in mind when they are making these decisions. They are certainly easing their transition into the league, by having a step by step detailed process of how they want things done.
