Tom Savage - QB - Panthers

ESPN NFL Insider Adam Caplan reports that Pittsburgh QB Tom Savage visited the St. Louis Rams on Wednesday.

The 6-4, 228 pound, Savage has one of the strongest arms in this year’s group of QB prospects. Rams QB coach, Frank Cignetti, has first hand knowledge of Savage's skill set, as Cignetti was Savage's offensive coordinator at Rutgers prior to Savage transferring to Pitt. The Rams will definitely select a quarterback in this years draft, and Savage could be on their short list during day 3 of the draft.
