Feel free to post any stats that you want to call out.

Offensive yards per game - 7th
PPG - 11th

Offensive penalties - 8th most in the NFL (didn't realize we were this bad here - definitely needs fixed)

Fumbles lost - 7 - tied for 5th fewest with several teams

Time of possession - 29:01 - 23rd in the NFL

3rd down % - 40 - 15th in NFL

4th downs - 3/13 - 31st in the NFL

Sacks allowed - 22 - 1st in the NFL

QB hits allowed - 79 - 10th in the NFL

Rushing TDs - 20 - tied for 4th in the NFL

Rushing average - 3.7 - 29th in the NFL

Rushing yards - 1499 - 26th in the NFL

Negative runs - 44 total - on NFL.com it sorts by left/center/right so I can't total up every team, but several teams are around the same number that we are, although they may have run the ball more than us

The loss of Saffold and Suh really ended hurting both sides of the ball.
The penalties weren't a big surprise to me with so many moving parts on the O line this year.
They played decent against the inferior competition, but besides the Saints and the second Seattle game, they couldn't match the better teams they played. Need more team speed at every level on the D next year. Get guys that can run and hunt. Matthews, Reeder and Weddle can't run like you need to beat those elite teams.

Cooper Kupp - 94 catches (9) ( 1161 yards (12) 10 TDs (tied for 2nd!)

Robert Woods - 90 catches (tied for 11) 1134 yards (16) 2 TDs

Higbee (ranks among TEs) - 69 catches (6) 734 yards (7) 3 TDs (tied for 19th)
Everett - 37/408/2

TE total: 106/1142/5 - Everett ranked 22nd among TEs in yards

Only TE groups that performed better are: KC, OAK, SF, BAL, PHL - notably these are probably the five best TEs in the NFL, and in the case of BAL and PHL, some very good backups too

Safe to say the Rams TE position is the 6th best in the NFL

Looking over the team stats, the two that I think held us back the most are offensive penalties and 3rd down performance on both sides of the ball - on offense, being average is a big step back and is probably a result of the penalties.

Defensively it's really the only area we weren't good - while rush yards per game allowed was below average, yards per carry allowed was above average. Passer rating allowed was good. Sacks we were near the top of the league. Penalties we were above average.

3rd down performance did this team in on both sides of the ball.

Offensive rushing yds and rushing average tells what held us back on offense. The ability to stop the run one week then get cleat chested the next week crushed us on defense.

this^ I guess it's pretty obvious, but even an average rushing game would have gotten us two or three more wins. McVay tried to put everything on Goff's shoulders this year, and we saw the results. Somehow, the Rams have to find a way to run the ball again. And this "Gurley being a decoy" thing has just about run it's course, although I was still amazed at how often the fakes to Gurley continued to work, even in the latter part of the season.

Fumbles lost - 7

That is a damn good number since the majority of them was Goff getting hit from behind and losing the ball quite a few times.

Yep, 3.9 ypc sums up the year.

Resulted in a lot of 2nd & 3rd and long's. That resulted in a lot of QB pressure. And while the sack numbers were not high, it did cause Goff to throw the ball away a ton and not convert a lot 3rd downs.
