- The Rams tallied three interceptions in the first half of play (Jenkins, Dunbar, Finnegan). The last time the Rams had three interceptions in the first half was at Atlanta on Dec. 15, 1996.
- The last time the Rams had three interceptions in a game was vs. Carolina on Oct. 31, 2010.
- In his rookie debut, CB Janoris Jenkins intercepted a pass from Lions QB Matt Stafford at the Rams’ 3-yard line and returned it 34 yards for his first career interception.
- LB Jo-Lonn Dunbar, in his Rams’ debut, logged an interception in the second quarter and returned it 42 yards to the Detroit 44-yard line.
