Chris Long with a LARGE DISRUPTION RATE OF 83?? BEAST!
And it seemed like he had a down year IMO. He had some games (3IIRC)where he
went MIA. Could not generate pressure at all. Even thought his sacks number were high
he was most valuable during the 10-11 season.

But he made huge leaps and bouds this year.

Thanks for posting.

That's why many of us would like a giant disrupting DT to take some of focus off of Long. I think Langford will do wonders for the right side (Quinn), but I'd still like to see a mammoth in the middle to take those double-teams off of Chris. If we can accomplish that, I think he'll have a phenomenal year.

Yeah for sure. Stat line would have been better too if he hadnt had that nagging ankle injury for the last 1/3 of the year.

Ta'amu and Langford would be great. That would take free up Long and Quinn a bit.

CL is a beast I would like to see us restructure and extend his contract. Lock him up long term and potentially free up some cap space. Long will be considered a premier pass rusher sooner rather than later. IMO

Or how about adding another shut down corner to have a beast secondary for more coverage sacks? Maybe more offense so we can keep up with scoring so the other teams have to throw more? :cheese:

Clairborne might just be a short walk to the podium away.

I'm just sayin there's other ways to help Chris. #1 being adding the most talented players you can on either side of the ball.
