My back yard. 75/25 blend of beef, mixed with a little bit of pork. Flatten it out on tin foil and season the shit out of the meat. THEN fold it over on itself so that all the seasoning is now on the inside, and cut it up into squares. Like a Wendy's burger. Grill it, brush it with steak sauce on the grill, and top it with smoked Gouda.

Shazam.

Damn that sounds tasty. Have you ever put the cheese in the middle of a burger. It's a neat trick and I like it that way. Especially with blue cheese crumbles......oh man I'm hungry now. What time is dinner ill be right over!

Sometimes the interweb is a fun extinguisher.

I really really want to try your restaurant, but I'd definitely go for the Full Rack of Babyback Ribs, 'cause there is no way I'm going to a rib joint and ordering anything other than baby backs.

By the way, what kind of Slaw do you do? Is it the conventional mayonnaise based dressing, or is it the Carolina vinegar?

We make our own slaw sauce. It's kind of a hybrid if you will. We use a combination of mayo and apple cider vinegar for the base. Then we add some sugar and our Chipotle Rub. It's kinda tangy, kinda creamy, kinda (slightly) smokey, and kinda spicy.

Sounds pretty killer. All except mentioning anything about Wendy's in your description. I'll take two with a side of bone broth.

I don't think so but that would be awesome lol. They have some really good burgers & craft beers.

You get to name your burger so we were there watching the rams niner game and I named my burger "weak ass whiners" it was pretty funny watching the waiter yell the name of my burger with all the niner fans in the building, I also let him say it a few times before claiming it hahaha.

here's there yelp page

It's not, but the 50/50 means 50% beef and 50% bacon.

In-N-Out, 5 guys, 50/50, Lucille's Peppercorn Burger, and the Habit makes the burgers in my area, other than my own burgers.

Habit has some good burgers... 5 guys as well, they also make good dogs.. But the price is just too much. Never had 50/50's though.

Price is too much from those places? I thought them pretty affordable, and cheaper than some of the deluxe burgers from some fast food joints.

The Habit, a double charburger is under $4 bucks. 5 guys is a little more. In-N-Out best of all worlds.

The burgers are pretty good at 5 Guys but who the fuck needs 5 pounds of fries with it?

As Charles Barkley would say " that's just turruble"

Ya know in retrospect I'd also like to submit the Thor burger.

Last year I raised two calves for meat ,one for my brother and the other to split with my daughter.

A guy who works for an ice cream company deer hunts on my land and called me about a week after I'd started with the calves and offered me a pallet load of almond slivers that would go out of date before the OOD they wanted for the ice cream bars they were supposed to go on.
He told me another guy who worked there was feeding them to cattle.

So I used them, in addition to corn and hay the calves each got five pounds of almonds a day, unbelievable meat ,just friggin amazing and the burgers we make are unlike any you are gonna get anywhere.

I fed those calves for 100 days IOW they each got 500 lbs of almonds at retail price of $8 a pound that would be $4,000 in almonds per calf,I doubt it's something that's been done before.

Maybe if we have a tailgate at a game I could make a pot of chili with my $25/pound hamburger
