I tried to organize this thing having the most active members so it wouldn't lag.

Agreed! Hell of a job by pretty much everyone. I've noticed that once we get a couple in rapid succession things seem to speed up.

Maybe dropping it to 8 hours isn't that bad of an idea?

The two sites I checked have S, DL/OLB & CB as their top needs. They took an OLB in the first & a CB in the 2nd, so let's pick between Dag's two Safety choices. They're looking for a certain type:

The new-look defense will need "Joker-style" skills at both safety positions. That means stout physicality in run support, smarts in coverage and the athleticism to be a factor on the blitz.
