Those days are well behind me, Stu. I'm not wrapping anything, picking anything up, moving anything, or putting anything back.

    Movers FTW.

That would be awesome if you could. Bringing the wife this time.
So, if she asks, we drank lemonade and held a small bible study before the game. :ROFLMAO:

Yeah - The last time I move it involved a piano on a steep hill with no help (I was new in town) in the pouring rain. Took me three hours, two come-alongs, several ratcheting straps and a crap load of back pain later on. Movers FTW indeed.

Yeah, you don't know how close that piano was to an oops - it got away - moment. It was about two - four letter words from being splinters and wire at the bottom of the hill. I think it's been played twice in the six years since.

I quit after a move I made years and years ago - before I was married. My roommate and I were moving from one apartment to another, and we had one of those gigantic CRT televisions. The ones that weigh about as much as a Yugo? I was carrying it by myself (because I was young and stupid), and was crossing a small patch of grass when my foot got stuck in the ground (presumably because I was now 200 lbs heavier with this TV in my hands). Well, I knew I was going down so I decided I would save the TV instead of my body. I spun around and fell backwards on my back so the TV wouldn't hit the ground. Yeah, smart. I let it cave my chest and ribs in instead and gash my chin open for good measure. I thought for sure I was dying, because getting my breath was just a fantasy at that point.

    Never again.

    Never.

    Again.

Good for you, man! Beautiful place! In fact, we're spending a family vacation in the NC mountains this summer to cool off for a week. Sorry you can't confirm Tampa. Maybe we'll see you in MIA. I only wish it were any game except for the 4th preseason.

Yeah? We're heading up there around the 3rd week of June too - to stay for about 2 weeks. Just to narrow down the living area.
The 4th preseason game should be cool. Starters will play for a half again, and then I can check out the rooks and guys vying for a roster spot too.

We're not going until August but I found some amazing places to rent at vrbo.com if you haven't already made arrangements. I'm definitely going to have to look into tickets for the game in MIA. I've got some unfinished business there from our last trip.

That's what we go through all the time when we head out of town. WAY better deals than hotels and much nicer places generally without the riff raff. Well - cept us of course.

or try airbnb.com..wifey and I use that or vrbo. Christine does property management for quite a few houses down here that get rented out during the summer months, and most of them use those sites.

Here's a pic of a little cottage we rented while on my family history quest and we went up to Vermont for 5 days IMG_20130919_182733_748.jpg
