I would take the home team in both cases. When two teams are pretty much equal, I usually go with the home team.
The Giants should have beat the Cowboys in Dallas but screwed up big time at the end. They're a lot better than that game indicates. The Falcons are not good on the road away from their dome.
The Cowboys are without Dez Bryant on the road. Bryant is a huge factor in their success. The Eagles with Sam Bradford will bounce back at home. Chip Kelly is too smart to go 0-2.
