Thanks Train...I can handle .RAR files, I just have no clue as to what it is....in this case I think it turned out to be "Burn Down Eden" some thrash metal band....and to find out I need to download an compile them, and bytes cost $$ so I don't want to just download stuff and hope its something I want.... There must be a way to decrypt this headers...

Obviously not Binary. Not Hexicode.
I don't know if that is a full type of code tbh. A lot of time compilers/software will name something with parts of code and what the file was originally named along with dates etc. It can be multiple things tbh.
That being said it's nothing I've seen or familiar with.
