MONDAY NIGHT GAME?

Am I the only Rams Fan majorly Disappointed that the Rams have a Monday Night Game vs the Cardinals? Just seems to me whichever team (Hopefully, The Rams!!) wins that game will be at a Disadvantage in their next Game due their short week?! Personally, I don’t think there should be any Monday Night Football Game this week BUT I guess I should just be Happy/Content that the Rams are in the Playoffs!

Agreed. It really sucks. I'm more disappointed that the Rams opened the door for the 49ers to get into the playoffs.

Short week for the rams, short night for me. For me, yesterday's defeat means 2:15 a.m. on Tuesday morning instead of 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. ...as if it wasn't bad enough to whom and how we lost.

One of my first thoughts too...Why take away a day from one team, especially in the playoffs !!!

Yea this is the real loss here. If we beat the Niners, I doubt they put the Saints/Rams on MNF since it wouldn't be competitive with the Saints QB situation. But even if they did, we'd play a home game and the next week a home game, which would make the one less day not as bad.

This though.....if we do win, and Dallas wins, I mean wtf? How could we possibly go into GB and beat a team coming off a bye when we're on a short week?? I know life isn't fair but whoever agreed to this needs to be fired.

I'm not disappointed. The Rams get what they deserve by their total meltdown yesterday. I mean, HOW can you let that team move down the field with no timeouts.

My lack of disappointment may also be because my son and I are travelling to SLO for a baseball camp this weekend and now it won't be competing with my Rams playoff game!

Let's try to look on the bright side: We get one more day to get healthier to beat the Cards and least let us get another playoff game...

Yeah Monday night was a surprise but good for me because I'll be traveling on Sunday. Hopefully if they win they won't play until Sunday. And I agree they put themselves in this position. Glad to be in playoffs.

I had no idea there would be a Monday night game until a couple weeks ago. Worse night possible for me. Not good for some of the loyal NFL fans. Very disappointing.

As said previously, If they play round 2 on Sunday, its the same amount of rest had they played Sunday and then the Saturday game.

Rams aside (obviously they cant be the 1pm Sat game), Id rather watch a 1pm Saturday playoff game than a Monday night game, but its all about the $$$$ and the ratings clearly say otherwise

If getting into a Rams game is anything like getting into a Dodger game (my son and I went to a couple Dodger-Astro games in August) you're going to have to leave work around noon to get to your seats by kickoff. Why didn't they have two of the Eastern time zone teams play Monday night? That way it would be a 8:15 start for them. Instead, it's a 5:15 for you guys. Someone said it earlier, the NFL doesn't really care about anyone but Dallas, Green Bay and Tom Brady. I would hope if the Rams win they'll get a Sunday game the following week but who knows.
