He a douche on an unheard of level. He’s good if he’s healthy which hasn’t been often. Hard pass on this for me.
I would pass based on health.
Sullivan has injury history too but will cost less.
A team that traded for Talib has no room to talk about douchnoozles.

interesting....I like target numbers....I wish I watched a lil more of the Dolphins...just to see what was going on....poor effort...poorly located passes....get my eyeballs on it....

Thomas looked awesome with Manning.

Why do some guys want to pounce on every released vet this time of year, even if they are not a huge upgrade over our present situation? Sometimes locker room chemistry needs to be factored into this formula for winning.

If guys are constantly looking over their shoulder, and don't know if they are going to be around tomorrow, it kind of takes away from the "We, not me" thing.

I'm still reeling over the Ogletree thing. I get it that he wasn't a good fit for the 3-4 scheme. But what kind of team extends a guy with a big contract extension, then trades him before the ink is dry? Kind of schizophrenic. Am I wrong?

It could be that the contract extension was a vote of confidence & faith that 'Tree would refine his game and take it to another level or two. When 'Tree didn't improve last year, the Horns probably then made the move to relinquish him in favor of players Wade wants in his high octane defense.

I always think he's the old UCLA QB....LOL

That was indeed a silly bet....bet on Cutler once or twice too...think he won that big one vs NE for me....
I thought we lost out big when Gase went to Miami...and we kept Fish...so happy to have McVay.... But Gase seems like a tough guy....he sure has gotten rid of some players....I know he signed TJ McDonald to a nice deal....and I always liked TJ....It will be interesting if Gase gets fired in the next 2 years....their team should be in win now mode.

Well considering 90 percent or more of poster were giving a hard pass on this and the fact other teams such as the 9rs did the same thing as we did with ogletree not really catching your drift here

Really? Thought I was pretty clear. But to restate another way: Though it is important to get the right personnel on this team to win a championship, it is also important to keep some sense of trust in the locker room. That something is being built with a core group of guys.

Hard pass on what, by the way?

You stated you don't understand why everyone jumps on all the fa players when at that time everyone wanted nothing really to do with pouncey

Gotcha. Actually it was more of a general comment on a lot of guys, but also true of some early comments on Pouncy as well. Look prior to my original comment. Two or three guys did not take a hard pass. Only later did most guys pass. Not because of my comment. But still.

He's not nearly as good as he used to be. With all of his injuries, he might as well be 32 like John Sulivan. I would rather have the vet at a cheaper rate. The Rams don't need Jonathan Martin baggage he brings either.
