Anyone else catch this was the first time in five years he didn’t say “thanks guys” at the end?

Maybe it’s silly to bring up as a thread but I think it speaks volumes to his frustration.

We can only hope some positive changes can actually happen to right this ship. God knows there’s a lot that can and should be done.

This was definitely a bit different from his other post game pressers and we can read into it a bit more than we should but let's not forget a few things: the dude is human and he just lost one of, if not the, most influential people in his life. While that's no excuse for the shit show performance of his team (specifically the offensive unit) just understand that this loss was probably more emotional than usual. He said all the "right things" I suppose and hopefully he feels the same sense of responsibility in the morning. This is his team through and through, not just the offense, and he needs to figure this shit out. I've said before that I think he can get too close to the offense at times, maybe he needs to step back a bit and let his offensive coordinator take over for a while. We need some creativity to help mask our deficiencies and to get the run game going.

I agree with that sentiment.
Maybe he should have checked out to be with ther fam and turned over the coaching duties this week to the assistants. Or Gruden. It could not have been any worse for the team.

That's what I keep saying though the bucs aren't good and Tom Brady did absolutely nothing to impress me and yet his team couldn't just dig deep and win one for him knowing this won't bring his gramps back but we know it will help. Just didn't see that mentality that spark like "win one for the gipper" just ho hum another game another no emotion for themselves or for there young championship coach who just lost his gramps. Maybe foolio though we dislike him isn't far off.

I liked his responses today.
But we have heard this before.
Changes and adjustments DO need to be made. BUT WILL THEY?

He doesn't have the confidence in the offense to go out there, get the first down and seal the deal.

What I like about his press conference is that he did not throw anybody under the bus and he’s definitely taking it for the team.
Also, maybe he’s still grieving the lost of his grandpa who was very influential in his life. Lastly, this current roster is not very good in the positions where we are counting on the most compared to our championship run last year. These guys are not getting it done and Raheem Morris defense is horrible!

He will figure things out. Lot of tough calls ahead IMO, from his staff to the players. Also I have a feeling he's going to take a TV deal. Hope I am wrong of course and if he sticks around I am sure he will make the hard calls.

I think we have one more year with him Stafford and AD. After 2023 it's anybody's guess.

Kupp echoing a lot of what we are saying. He stated that the definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results. And then...."We keep saying 'come back and go to work.' And it's not a shortage of effort, but at some point how much more effort can you give? You've got to change something. You've got to find a way to be efficient and score points."

We'll see if this is FINALLY gonna be a wake up call or not

Wish someone would ask him why he keeps playing Evans at LG
Me: Why do you keep playing Evans at LG?

Coach: There’s a lot to that, FanSince69, its not just one thing. It’s not just one guy. I have to do a better job of putting the OL in a better position to succeed, the other coaches have to coach better and the players have to execute better within the construct of what we’re trying to do on offense.

Wish granted.
