One thing ive noticed since he became the HC, is that he knows all the reporters names. It's nothing big but it just shows mentality of how in depth he goes with even the small things even away from the field. I think its cool.

I love this also, he earns respect through his attention to detail, I'v never seen him arrogant, always professional - we are blessed.
