Every coach knows to frame the upcoming team as a “tough” opponent for the media, and indeed, having that mindset is key to not letting down, when facing a lousy team.
But be honest. We all would like to hear just once:
“Are you kidding me, Aldon? The Lions? We are 10-1 and cruuuiising, my friend! We are going to blow the doors off that joint.
I’ll probably pull the starters for the second half. Matt Stafford is just a shell of himself. No talent to concern ourselves with there.
Heck, I probably won’t even put Jared and Todd on the active roster, and that’s predicated on the fact that the Lions can’t stop anybody on defense.”

I like listening to Kromer. He is not at all what I imagined when he was hired in regards to his beach incident.
Blythe was a little surprise at offensive guard. Nice that he gave credit to Snead and his staff to find him. The offensive line is in great hands.
