I'm telling you people, this is why they will trade down with the Rams.

1) Rams want, and get, the one and only Clowney. Of course they do. Don't be silly.
2) Texans have an excuse for why they didn't take Clowney, they needed a QB.
3) Texans gain some surplus picks to save face.
4) Texans are guaranteed to still get their QB.
5) Rams get Clowney. Did I mention that?
