I'm on a diet. Had some health problems that slowed me down. I'm losing 60 LBS (down 5 in two weeks!).

I've just found my reward for success!

Nice! I too have to lose some weight due to some high blood pressure, etc. I have been at it for 6 weeks and I'm down almost 14 pounds. I am going to drop 50-60, so maybe when I hit my goal my wife with let me get a tattoo. (y)

Good job!

All I'm doing is eating small amounts more often, six times a day, when I 'm not yet hungry. I'm consuming far less calories and am never hungry. Seems to be working.

I also gave up weekday beers. So many damn calories.

Got this about 3 years ago on the back of my leg.

I always get comments like "I bet you got that when they had Kurt Warner and all them and now you regret it" and I usually just respond with "Oh that's weird, I didn't know it was legal to tattoo a fucking 8 year old".

Bunch of Steeler fans in LA always have there tats out here....Never seen a Ram one...

I don't have any tatoo's but now I got some motivation...lose 40 lbs, get a Rams tat for a reward...
