CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Every weekend, Johnny Manziel seems to be making headlines and dominating social media. To the chagrin of some, the news is coming from his off-the-field antics.

This weekend, Manziel was in Houston celebrating hip hop artist Drake's 'Houston Appreciation Weekend' event. And on Sunday night, this video was postedshowing Manziel with a stack of money, pretending it was a phone.

Sometimes I get annoyed that the Rams aren't in the news much. But then I remember that the only thing that gets you on the news is crap like this. Between Manziel and Pettine, the Browns are getting a lot of press but I can't say that I'd be glad if I was a Browns fan. For example, the national media paid real close attention to the Rams and one of it's players recently. Why? Because of how gay he is. Anonymity sounds pretty good to me.

That's a good way to put it, he didn't do himself any favors (see how I spelled it right LOL) If I'm the GM of the Browns I'm a bit concerned right now, especially since he just said he wasn't going to do this kind of thing. Showing up online, obviously very drunk with douchbag giggly friends and dropping f-bombs is a big no-no.

Like I posted on another board, there are plenty of NFL players on break right now and going to nightclubs and goofing off and drinking, going to strip clubs with buddies, running up big tabs at high end steak houses. But only ONE showed up online.

How many one read and run QBs have been successful long term in the NFL? Johnny was fun to watch at A&M, but he got away with a lot of passes and decisions he won't get away with in the Pros. He scrambles out of clean pockets. He has a lot of holes in his game. The NFL is much harder than college. You have to put in the work and according to the Patriots scouting report, he wasn't known for being a hard worker.
