This is going to be a really crucial offseason for personnel. Hope Les is ready to step it up now that he's gonna be a real GM. Take those training wheels off Les!

Well, we will see soon if all the poor choices on offensive personnel were his or Fisher's.

Hopefully he has learned the lesson on drafting raw upside players. With Snead a part of the interviewing process I think it would have been odd had he not been retained. A thing that could be an issue is if the Rams have another bad season and they fire Snead. Now you have a new GM with an inherited HC. That's always a bit dicey.

Well Im sure McVay will have some input on who he likes for offensive players, which may change the philosophy. Part of Sneads job will be to pick players that fit the coaches scheme.
