How did it evolve?
- Trying to get the best pieces in place.
- Familiar with OC, and packages, including jumbo TE package.
- Can be the swing tackle.
- Thought he's a better piece to our puzzle.

Is he bigger than Smith?
- He's bigger. Demarco thinks he's huge, and he moves people.

Why does he have a bad rap?
- JPP had 2 really good moves on him, and that got blown out of proportion, IHO.

Asked about Rok?
- They are very happy with his performance, he's proven to be in the mix. Still not scheming, so they are a little concerned about that. They'll bring him along slowly.

Do you like to trade?
- Always looking to get better, and willing to go get what they want.
- Won't just sit and wait.

What does term rebuild mean?
- You often hear that with a new regime.
- Wanted to turn roster over and get younger, but rapidly.

What do you identity to be?
- With this year we want momentum, we want guys to go out and make plays.
- Tenacious and pressure on defense.
- Want other team to know that they are a good team and played hard on both sides of the ball.
