I'm going to give him more time for the sole reason that any new HC worth having will get control of the roster. That means 40-50% roster turnover by the start of next season cause the new HC will want" His players" Only ones that comes out ahead are the guys selling jersey's.

Maybe another way to look at it is are the Rams drafting the right players that make a difference, and are the assistant coaches able to get the players coached up and the team plan implemented.

If the Rams do go to LA, new gorgeous stadium and a team on the brink.....sell that pitch to Coach Cowher to come out of retirement.
