As some of you know, I am a reader of Mad magazine. Got my most recent issue yesterday. This is the issue where they call out the 20s dumbest things of the year. Guess what got dumbest thing of 2014 and garnered the cover? You guessed it...the NFL!

Old Alfred E Newman is right there on the cover in black and white stripes and looks pretty much like any average official on Sundays these days.

Great cover, but MAD stopped being MAD to me when they started allowing real ads in it.

Purchase (or... um... "acquire") Absolutely MAD. Every issue from 1952-2005 on 1 DVD ROM. (superseding the 7 CD ROM "Totally MAD" set.)
