Can you try to look at #31? Some have said that he was the one who committed the foul and by what I can tell, Fish gave that as the reasoning that they finally got the spot right.

I think most think while they called it on "51" that the actual penalty was on "31" Alexander, thus, the reason for a spot on SD's 40. And he did leave his feet. Weak.....but letter of the law......
