He might not be fired, but if Fisher can add someone like a Jim Schwartz or Leslie Frazier Walton could be kept with the original title the Rams had offered him two years ago, which was assistant defensive coordinator/passing game.

I'm still not convinced that Walton will be fired. I'll believe it when I see it.

Just demote him to the secondary. He coached the secondary for Schwartz before he got here, and already knows the scheme. Would be a perfect fit.
