Once again the refs are not failing to meet my expectations as some of the dumbest individuals in North America to collect a paycheck. Nothing "Professional" about this league.

Rams playcalling on both sides of the ball is atrocious to start once again. Be nice to we if we actually make adjustments.

I just posted a thread on this - why the hell did they whistle the play dead whilst Jenkins is in the middle of running it back for six? Why not wait until the outcome of the play to assess it??

Yeah and that penalty rule sucks as well - the QB can try and tackle the ball carrier but you cant try and block him??

Jenkins getting Tavon treatment getting plays called back. He's had a couple picks called back this year, hasn't he?

Lets sneak it, not just run it with our bowling ball Stacy, cause we NEED breathing room. This is best. THEN we can stack up everything and run it, because this is the most predictable thing to do given our formation and down and distance. The defense will not be able to decipher this and we've been "dominating" the LOS. Now, we can be forced to throw out of the endzone with a backup QB behind a makeshift line on 3rd down.

FUCK... :meh: :slap:

If it's a penalty for blocking a QB then the QB needs to just sit down after a turnover. It should be a penalty on the QB for running towards the returner. If he runs towards the returner he should be treated as any other player. F u Goodell.

Roger is turning this thing into a non-contact sport. Palmer was all but carefully placed in a recliner on that play. I'm really peeved about the officiating today. Rams didn't play well enough to win, but key plays can be huge when measuring the momentum factor. The Rams appear to be playing 'looking for a flag' at times.

I agree, my passion for the NFL is slowly declining I'm afraid. I've seen so many horrible "roughing the passer" calls which are a complete joke. He is trying to protect the highest paid, most popular players (QB's) but at some point it needs to stop.. We should just give flags to QB's. The refs do get graded, I'd love to read the grades for officials after some games.. Sadly, that info isn't public

I recall a play when Marc Bulger was still our signal caller when a pick by the opposing team was used as an excuse by one of the opposing LB's to really level Marc. The NFL showed no concern about protecting him there . . . as it should not have. A QB who throws a pick becomes just another defender and should be treated accordingly.

No kidding, the QB should get an "attempting to tackle penalty." That was incredibly bad...

As for getting out coached, the DC calls plays as if our secondary is gonna get gashed for 15+ yards every time they throw. That off coverage makes it easy.
