See what a devisive guy Janoris Jenkins is?

Pretty sure that's how the locker room would feel as well.

If they want to get rid of him, I'm happy to have him back.

FUCK THAT !! Might as well inject the world with cancer !!

Go look at the game tape !!

Gosh dam man !!! Wow .

Every time The Rams would get a lead which was rare. KJ would get beat for a TD.

The played with a blanket. Here thought giving a 10 yard cushion on 3 & 3 was blanked coverage. Gave him a better chance at getting a INT on the next set of downs.

When I watched the Giants last year it was 21 making the plays. Then to fink our JJ is #20 z Just to make sure the numbers did get in the way ?

Could be and this regime has done an amazing job of purging the roster of such malcontents, however, Jenkins can flat out cover and with Johnson most likely leaving, Rams going to need a CB....Not that the Giants will release Jenkins anyway.

People thinking the Giants go release Jenkins is crazy that defense is loaded and he is a big reason why once they get a regime change in place they are going to be fine

Jenkins contract definitely isn’t ridiculous it’s actually pretty cheap we paid and paying Johnson more
Johnson is getting paid so much because of the tag not a reach in a contract by a desperate team.

He has talent but not enough brains to make the most of it. Not showing up after a bye week and worse yet not calling to let them know. Unacceptable and inexcusable.

Are you guys kidding me?? Jack rabbit is a lock down corner. He would thrive in this environment, the dysfunction is EVERYWHERE in that Giants locker room -- you can't blame him.

The year he got there all he did was

having kids out of wedlock

Or even a "low character" guy, character being somewhat subjective based on one's own personal set of values.

Having 5 kids with 4 different women by your mid 20's IS a character indicator in anyone's book. I would hope it was anyway. And the "well he can afford to pay for them" doesn't mean a lot to me. One or two more failed drug tests ot of his several fails may have kept him from being drafted and making any money at all. IMO that's narcissistic and foolishly selfish.

He's a really good CB. But why would the Rams pay him what he wants when the following things are true:

1. This defense doesn't need him and he really doesn't add anything already in house.
2. This defense is very successful versus the pass. Nine games into the season and only 11 passing TD's versus 12 INT's, a QB rating of 73.3 and just 6.7 YPA.
3. This defense needs "time" not "help in the secondary".

Since you quoted me (or at least I think you did - can’t really tell) as a vehicle to get your rant on, I’ll just say ...

Faulk - 6 kids, 4 women. And I never said I wanted him (JJ) back

Rhody’s right - no ugly on this forum.

I liked JJ, I thought he brought a lot to the table as a Ram - and if Fisher was still our HC I'd probably want him back, but I now fully trust McVay, Phillips and Snead in getting the right players for this team, look at what they've done to the Rams O this past off-season and if they think that JJ is a fit for the team then I'd gladly welcome him back, personally I see the next slew of players coming from next year's draft.

So I don’t get what you’re saying, are you saying that the Giants contract to JJ was a reach and they were desperate. Because the Tams having to give the tag to a CB 2 Times was a reach and a desperation move so that they wouldn’t be left without any corner.

The Rams misplayed the situation that’s why Johnson has made almost 31 million in guarantees which is almost the same as Jenkins in a 5 yr deal

I'm not sure what happened I was trying to quote you though. Here is the entire post, it's not "ugly" really. And your point about Faulk is true too, plus he has a little bit of a rep for not always being the nicest guy to fans.

Here is what I said:

Points 1, 2 and 3 - totally agree. BTW - I was telling myself to tone it down (not get ugly), not you.

Giants place Janoris Jenkins on injured reserve
Posted by Michael David Smith on November 29, 2017

If it weren’t for bad news, there would be no news coming out of the Giants facility at all.

The latest bad news is that cornerback Janoris Jenkins has been placed on injured reserve, according to Jordan Raanan of ESPN. Jenkins knew he was going to need ankle surgery, so it makes sense that he would go ahead and do it now: After the Giants benched Eli Manning in favor of Geno Smith, it was clear they were giving up on the season, so there’s no reason for Jenkins to try to tough it out and play through an injury.

It’s been a rough season for Jenkins, who has clashed with head coach Ben McAdoo and was suspended for one game. Although Jenkins is only two years into a five-year, $62.5 million contract, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the Giants release Jenkins this offseason.

So Jenkins will try to get healthy for an offseason in which he might be looking for a new team — and an offseason in which the Giants will make many, many changes.

Still glad the Rams let him go.

Talented, for sure.

But too inconsistent for me and not a very good locker room presence.
