(KSDK Sports) -- Despite all their efforts, the 2012 St. Louis Rams could not end their season with a winning record. But here is the good news about their future. Wonderful coach. Great draft. A five game win improvement from 2011.
Here is the bad news. They are in a division with young emerging star quarterbacks and outtstanding coaches in both San Francisco and Seattle.
The Rams did well against their divisional foes, going 2-1-1 against both the Seahawks and the 49ers, but they played a tough schedule and went just 3-4-1 against playoff teams.
The improvement is clearly there, but #55, James Laurinaitis, wants more of it.
