Richie has issues certainly. The tell tale on that is saying/doing the right thing one day and saying/doing the opposite the next. Is this chronic immaturity or real mental issues? Don't know.
Is this Incognito really trying to get help or him trying to short cut to a "Im all better now sign me" sort of thing? Who knows?
