Maybe you could give a buck or something to my cousin who's embarking on a missions trip soon. He recently lost both of his grandparents (last month) and has been begging his mom to let him go out and share what he feels strongly about. If what he's doing is in your wheelhouse, then I'm sure you'll find it admirable.

I really don't like soliciting, but he's a good kid. Real good kid.

Hey Paul, is it just to pay for his trip? Will any of it be spent on food, clothes, shelter, books, etc for the people down there?

I'll probably donate in either case, but just wondering

It's an admirable thing he's doing. I love seeing young kids do things like this. We need more youth engaged in giving... This young man is doing good!

It's inspiring!

It's for all of the above. They're helping a great deal over there.
And thank you very much, @CGI_Ram for your help. You just made their evening.

Looks like he should have shot higher for his goal. Don't think he was thinking about the ROD bump he'd get. :heh: Need more young kids with that kind of gumption.

I'm not religious (actually am an Athiest), but when a man, or kid, wants to do good in the world, thats what matters most, and thats what he is trying to do. To many kids now a days don't try to help others, heck,i wasn't one either unfortunately. It's not easy being a youth these days, or ever really. But he is doing good in this world, and thats what matters.

It kinda raises automatically once a goal is met. In 250 increments I think.
So ... someone donate $1160 and get it over with, yeah?

J/K. A huge thanks to all who are helping this kid. Love youz guys.
(see how adding a 'z' to 'you' makes it sound tougher?) :nau:

Yeah - I'm not religious either but these kids learn a lot and help a lot. Money well spent.

I'm not very religious either, but if someone will do good for others, I'm on board. I gave some, I hope it helps

Threw a little change his way.

I am a believer and I am impressed with not only this young man, and his sister, but with the parents who are doing an admirable job of parenting.
