I am calling on my friends and compatriots (or not) for their secrets. I know you guys are good.

I also hear tale of a rub recipe handed down from the caveman that makes people fall out of their chairs (off their boulders) in stunned appreciation. I MUST have it!

I have ribs, italian sausage, chicken meatballs, and a brisket at the ready for this weekend.

Get on it! I have a green mountain too. Love it! I haven't used it in a few months, maybe it's time I break it out. Ribs and pulled pork are my go to moves. Have fun with it!
