Roughing the passer-- Instead of 15 yards and an automatic first down-- Hows about. 10 yards and no auto first down.
Hitting a defenseless WR--No foul if the wr leaves his feet.
Can't touch the QB if a turnover--15 yard penalty if QB doesn't sit down. lol
