Good stuff from Freese.

Did you guys hear about the guy who caught Freese’s ball? He ended up sticking it straight in his pants as soon as he got it, to prevent people from trying to steal it. He was escorted to the clubhouse where he gave the ball to Freese and got a signed ball by the whole team and a bat signed by Freese. Then he and his buddy were taking pictures with the whole team.

Funniest part of that story? The guy’s friend was wearing a Cubs shirt, and you can see in all the pictures this guy wearing a Cubs shirt in the Cards’ clubhouse.

Damn, Freese had to have had mixed feelings about taking that ball after it had been down the dude's pants! He probably didn't know it.
