"It was the first time since 2006 that two Rams players passed the 100-yard receiving mark."

I can't even remember how old I was in 2006...

That Watkins bucket catch in double coverage was "fap worthy."

And it's a play he makes with ease too. That and his second touchdown catch. It's so much better for a QB when you can just get the ball to or around your receiver and he can do the rest

That long pass to Sammy was perfect. Plus a couple of others to woods. That's what i like about Goff, he just fits the ball into small windows to receivers that aren't really open and let's them make plays.

I wish our earlier Sammy had done more of that but he may have been wary of his awful wrs who always seemed to drop them. I couldn't imagine Britt or quick making that catch. Remember that awful embarrassing game against the whiners on prime time tv in 2013 when Sammy threaded the needle between two dbs on a long throw to quick, who only managed to pop the ball up to be intercepted? A decent wr would have made a play and caught it for a td. So happy Goff has decent wrs.

Yes I always thought that Sammy was conservative because we always lacked weapons, even back to his rookie season. All of his passes were screens and short passes. And we never got him weapons moving forward. Looked good in guys one have so far this season though

Loved seeing the Watkins w/ a lil Woods show....

Sammy Watkins...will get everyone loose....

I LOVED JARED GOING TO SAMMY EARLY AND OFTEN

and Woods too....

I was in my car when Higbee dropped that dime near the goalline..

WTF is wrong with him? Gonna look at the recording soon...waiting for that condensed version in here.

Tremendous job last night with Jared finding our open guys and an even better job of our PLAYMAKERS making plays baby!!!

I bet Buff feels really dumb seeing their former boys succeeding very well in the early going... let's just get Watkins locked up and put one less FA behind us.

does everything right except the catching the ball part. like quick, if anyone is within a yard of him he doesn't seem able to concentrate on catching the ball.

They all did great! Except for our highest paid receiver who makes about what the others make, combined.

Like was said first time since 2006 with two 100 yard receivers. It was the first time since 2000 for 2 WR with 100 and 100 yard rushing from a back.

C'mon man....I wanna put that song from Frozen in here...Let it Go

Ever since that hit vs Dallas last year in his back...hasn't been the same....

And, he drops it at a worst rate than Quick...sorry. LOL

that's what i'm saying, he hears footsteps and that lowers his concentration level on the ball. thus the drops.

Yeah no doubt receiving corps did a heck of a job and Woods redeemed himself huge, I wish I could say the same for Jared Cook, I mean Tyler Higbee and TA. Both need to turn it up a notch or they will be gone.

All I can say about the offense is.. wow! Just an excellent game. QB play... RB play... Oline play... WR play... just a joy to watch!

Defense? They are scaring me. We'll see what the DAL offense looks like Sunday... if they bounce back to what they had been before DEN? Rams are in trouble. The good news? They have 10 days to figure that defense out.

And, STs struggle? Please don't let Austin touch the ball any more? But, again, they have 10 days to figure all that out... I have confidence in Phillips and Fassell... I hope they don't let me down.

The offense basically saved the day... if you had asked me what the chances are that I'd say that last year, I'd say zero chance.

Strange days indeed... but what fun!

Not that Higbee is perfect by any stretch, but I remember cutting him some slack when looking at the replay. It looks like DB made a nicely timed hand strip...

The Niners LBs and DBs were head-hunting Rams WRs. The hits on Woods, Watkins and Tavon were borderline dirty. You could see the desperation in the Niners and Mike Shanahan's face as they NEED THIS MUST WIN GAME. Now the Niners are 0-3 to start the season. Great Success!!! Rams Win 41-39.

DB made a great play on that. Plus Higbee has become a good blocker, imo he takes too much grief from Rams fans.
