they usually set up a walkway between the Drury Inn and the dome where the players go in before the game and come out afterwards

no idea how long before the game the players start going in. Usually pounding down some beer about that time. All I know is whenever we fly in for a game, we stay at the Drury Inn, which I believe is on N Broadway, right next to the dome

Looks like they park in the Drury Inn parking lot and enter through the South Broadway entrance to the dome. If you look at the doors to the dome at the beginning of the video you will see it says South Broadway entrance above the doors.

I do believe the players use the 3rd floor parking garage at the Drury on gameday

Dbrooks25 is spot on. The players park in the Drury inn parking lot Sunday morning and typically (for a noon game) enter the stadium between 8 am and 9:30 or so. Bump those times up 3 hours for a 3pm game. Typically it takes the players at least 15 minutes immediately following the game to start coming out. Most are pretty gracious and take take time to sign autographs.
